What is Taibo?

Taibo is an aerobic based fitness class that incorporates carefully selected combinations of punches, kicks, squats and blocks to name but a few. 

Everyone is encouraged to work to their OWN fitness level, taking advantage of different options given and alternative levels of intensity depending on YOUR personal goals and abilities.

Can I Participate?

We encourage and welcome EVERYONE to attend our classes, accommodating and supporting men, women and teenagers of all fitness levels.   You will get as much out of our workouts as you put into them and will feel the effects after your very first class.

It is very important that you work to your OWN fitness level whilst being aware of core strength, balance and 'knock-out' technique.  Our workouts incorporate all the major muscles as well as those smaller but not insignificant ones that you soon become aware of after your very first session!!!
