I have been going to tai bo for over two months now and I love it!! Joyce is amazing, I sweat more in an hour's session that an hour at the gym. I would recommend tai bo to anyone of any age :)! I feel it has help me lose weight and I will continue to kee

I started Taibo 3 wks ago and I love it. Makes the pain most of the week after the session worth it haha. I've started now and Im determined not to stop. Instructors are brilliant at what they do and make the taibo sessions fun and action packed.
